Night time temperature

In order to get the night time temperature correct turn off the light place a thermometer on top of the substrate above the heat mat.Set the thermostat to full which is normally 35c the green light should stay on. When the temperature on the thermometer shows your desired temperature slowly turn the dial on the thermostat back round until the green light goes out The thermostat should now be set and should continue to stay at the set temperature.

Day time temperature

Move the thermometer off the floor and attach it to the back wall slightly above the substrate. Turn on the light and watch to see it the air temperature rises to you desired temperature if its to low you will need to increase the wattage of the bulb if its to high you will need a lower wattage bulb.
